3. Revision Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Revisions
Revisions apply to:
- Website design
- Content writing
- Graphic design
- Digital marketing strategy adjustments
- Development modifications (as per scope)
3.2 Number of Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in the proposal:
- Design services: Up to 2–3 rounds of revisions
- Content writing: Up to 2 revision cycles
- Website development: Revisions only for features in the original scope
- SEO & digital marketing: Strategic revisions based on performance reviews
3.3 Conditions for Revisions
- Revisions must be within the original project scope
- No new functionality, modules, or third-party integrations
- Must be requested within 7–15 days of delivery
- Requests must be submitted in clear written format
3.4 Out-of-Scope Revisions
Anything outside the original agreement will be considered new work and billed separately.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Refund Terms
Refunds are considered only when justified and aligned with policy conditions.
Due to the nature of digital services, most services are partially or fully non-refundable once work starts.
4.2 Non-Refundable Services
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- SEO, PPC, SMM, Content Marketing
- ORM / Reputation Management
- Graphic design after files are shared
- Domain, hosting, SSL, server fees
- Purchased plugins, themes, software
- Custom development after coding begins
- Marketing campaigns once launched
- Any third-party charges paid on the client's behalf
4.3 Partial Refund Eligibility
- Work has not begun
- Only initial planning completed
- Client cancels before the first milestone
- Unexpected issues prevent service execution
4.4 No Refund Conditions
- Client changes their mind after purchase
- Client delays or fails to provide required materials
- Client is unresponsive for 7–14 days
- Scope changes mid-way
- Client hires third-party providers without notice
- Results differ due to market or algorithm factors
- Project is completed or near completion
5. Quality Assurance Policy
We ensure:
- 100% original work
- High-quality deliverables
- Compliance with global standards
- On-time delivery (mutually agreed)
- Secure, confidential data handling
However, results such as SEO rankings, leads, or sales cannot be guaranteed due to external factors.
6. Project Cancellation Policy
6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel in writing. Upon cancellation:
- Completed work will be billed
- Third-party costs deducted
- Remaining balance may be partially refundable
6.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation
Webindia Master may cancel if:
- Client violates terms
- Client uses abusive or unethical communication
- Client is inactive for 15+ days
- Payment terms not met
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Delivery Timelines
Timelines depend on:
- Client responsiveness
- Clarity of requirements
- Project scope
- Number of revisions
- Third-party dependencies
Delays from the client’s side automatically extend project deadlines.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements:
- Both parties agree to communicate in good faith
- Issues will be discussed and resolved mutually
- Escalation to management may be done if required
