Webindia Master is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, researching prospective clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective lead generation activities.

The role requires a professional approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with potential clients through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other online platforms. The candidate will work closely with the sales and business development team to generate quality leads and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, directories, social media, and other relevant sources.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales and business development team.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate client information and follow-up status.
  • Understand client requirements and share relevant details with the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track lead generation activities and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and career-oriented candidate who is willing to learn and grow in the field of lead generation, sales, and business development.

The candidate should be a minimum graduate from a recognized university. A background in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or a related stream will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to research and approach potential clients professionally. Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, sales support, digital marketing, or business development will be preferred, but a strong willingness to learn will also be valued.

The candidate should be comfortable using email, LinkedIn, search engines, online research tools, MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM systems. Knowledge of IT services, web development, digital marketing, or software solutions will be an added advantage.
