Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for IT Sales who can generate leads, interact with clients (both domestic & international), and convert opportunities into successful business deals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online channels, bidding platforms, and cold outreach
  • Communicate with domestic and international clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate IT solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Key Skills

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of IT services like Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Willingness to work with international clients (flexible communication hours if required)
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
