| Job Description |
We are looking for a performance-driven PPC & Social Media Ads Executive/Manager to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You will manage budgets, improve ROAS/CPA, build testing frameworks, and deliver clear performance reporting to internal teams and clients.

| Key Skills |
Performance Marketing (Core)
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (FB/IG).
- Build campaign structures aligned to funnels: awareness, consideration, lead/sales conversion, retargeting.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel mapping.
- Write/assist in creating high-performing ad copies, headlines, and offer hooks; coordinate with design/content teams for creatives.
- Optimize campaigns daily/weekly for:
- CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM
- Budget pacing, bid strategy, placements, ad fatigue, frequency control
- Set up and manage remarketing (Meta + Google) and segmented audience strategies.
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Implement and validate tracking using:
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel + CAPI (optional), UTM strategy
- Ensure accurate event tracking for leads, purchases, add-to-cart, form submissions, etc.
- Create and share performance reports (weekly/monthly) with insights:
- What worked, what didn’t, next actions, testing roadmap
- Build dashboards (Google Looker Studio preferred) and maintain reporting hygiene.
Testing & Growth
- Run A/B tests on:
- Creatives, angles, audience segments, landing pages, forms, placements
- Suggest conversion improvements for landing pages and lead forms to increase CVR.
- Maintain a structured testing pipeline and documentation.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with clients/BD/SEO/creative team to align goals and deliverables.
- Participate in performance review calls and explain results in a clear, business-friendly way.
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads + Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and performance metrics
- Proficiency with:
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- Keyword Planner, Meta Audience Insights (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data into actions
- Good communication skills (client-facing confidence)
Good to Have (Bonus)
- Experience with CAPI / server-side tracking, Shopify/WooCommerce campaigns
- YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads experience
- Landing page tools (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress builders) understanding
- Experience managing higher monthly budgets
