Business Development Executive / IT Sales Associate (Interns Welcome) - Webindia Master

Job Description

Webindia Master is a global IT services company working with clients in 45+ countries and supporting 20+ languages. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives / Interns / IT Sales Associates who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for: Digital Marketing, SEO, eCommerce Design & Development, Dashboard Development, Mobile Applications, AI Chatbots
  • Handle inbound leads and run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp as per process).
  • Understand client requirements, qualify leads, and propose the right service/package.
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, company profile, case studies, and presentations.
  • Schedule meetings/demos with prospects and coordinate with technical/strategy teams.
  • Maintain and update CRM/pipeline: lead status, follow-ups, meeting notes, next steps.
  • Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
  • Research target industries, competitors, and global markets to build relevant outreach lists.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, proposals, and closures.

Key Skills

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong communication (English + local language is a plus).
  • Confidence on calls, ability to pitch and handle objections.
  • Basic understanding of IT services (Digital Marketing/SEO/Website/App/eCommerce/AI).
  • Lead generation & follow-up discipline.
  • Good writing skills for emails and LinkedIn outreach.
  • MS Excel/Google Sheets + PPT basics (for reporting/proposals).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Upwork/Freelancer/LinkedIn Sales Navigator (if applicable).
  • Understanding of sales funnel, cold outreach, and proposal lifecycle.
  • Basic knowledge of website technologies (WordPress/Shopify/Laravel) and marketing concepts (SEO/Ads).

  • For Interns: final year students / freshers who want a career in IT Sales & Business Development.

 

Education

  • Graduate / MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred, but not mandatory if you have skills.
