Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address clients' needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Relationship Building and Client Management:
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support, guidance, and proactive solutions to drive client success and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel opportunities to accelerate growth and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual value and success.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
  • Lead negotiations, proposal development, and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure alignment with company objectives, profitability targets, and service level agreements.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to track key performance metrics, evaluate business development initiatives' effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions, market trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving results.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
